General Conditions

Travel Insurance

The company strongly advises guests to procure travel insurance to cover cancellations and delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, seismic events). It is also recommended to obtain medical and personal insurance to cover expenses related to medical emergencies, baggage loss, personal belongings, or other travel-related mishaps. Guests acknowledge that neither the company nor any local partner operators can be held liable for such unforeseen circumstances and agree to indemnify both parties accordingly. All insurance reimbursement claims must be directed to the respective insurance provider.

Force Majeure

If a site, attraction, or visit scheduled in your tour itinerary is closed due to force majeure, including strikes or unforeseen closures, Ceylon Space Holidays (Pvt) Ltd will make every effort to promptly inform guests and offer suitable alternatives such as rescheduling a different service, providing a refund, or offering a substitute activity, subject to availability and at the full discretion of the company.

Disputes

This agreement is governed by Sri Lankan law, and any dispute arising from it, that cannot be resolved amicably, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan court. Guests agree that any disputes involving the interpretation or application of the terms, provisions, or conditions of this agreement shall first be submitted to mediation, and if unresolved, to binding arbitration, as per the written request of either party. The company reserves the right to determine the venue and jurisdiction of any legal proceedings arising from a dispute.
