Cancellation & Amendment Policy
To ensure top-notch service, expert guides, and guaranteed tour departures, cancellations and amendments may incur fees. This policy applies to all group and private tours booked through Ceylon Space Holidays on a per-person, per-tour basis.
Tours with Ceylon Space Holidays
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 12 days before the tour start date.
- For cancellations made between 7 and 12 days before the tour, 50% of the payment is refundable or the tour can be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Participants who arrive late or fail to show up for the tour will not be refunded. This policy applies to any participant who misses the tour’s departure.
Changes to the Cancellation Policy
